1.  What is the mission of your company?

Susty Party inspires people to come together and connect over food and conversation without it feeling like a hassle.  Our tableware is stylish and fun, makes for easy clean-up, and there's no guilt about making mountains of trash because all our products are made from recycled or renewable resources!

2.  What is your company's origin story?  

Our CEO and founder, Emily Doubilet, was an environmental studies graduate from Oberlin College. After college Emily spent her free time doing a lot of theater and entertaining events where she had to use lots of landfill destined disposables to accommodate her guests and the environmental options were bland and brown. Jessica graduated from Harvard and was working on Wall St. but looking to get involved in a social venture. They met at a party and decided to fill the gap by creating compostable disposable tablewares that were also fun prints and colors — making entertaining with an environmental conscience easy!

3.  What is one of your favorite projects you've ever worked on? 

Creating new products! It's so exciting to find manufacturers looking to create innovative products we can work with to expand the Susty brand.

4.  How are you a "wedding space disrupter"?

Every wedding has food and beverages and we have what you need to eat and drink them, if you're looking for an alternative to renting, without the guilt of plastic.

5.  What three ingredients are necessary for a great day at your company?

Checking off at least one major project, having some casual hang time with the coworkers, planning out a future project with another coworker.

6.  What kind of couple makes an ideal client for your company?

One who is interested in give their wedding some flair that makes a statement, while being convenient. You can get really creative with how you  mix and match our products, and they look and feel unlike any other other disposable tableware.
